上海行く前の話でキャンセルしたはずのホテルからクレジットカードに請求があった。しかも２日分。とりあえずだめ元でクレームメールを出してみた。

We investgated this matter. We are really apologised that we charged your room rate twice. We will refund the money to you as soon as possible.
Also cause such inconventient for you,we decide to have free upgrade to the suite room for your next stay, we will give you some welcome fruit as well.
